For Customers in the United States (CDC Requirements)
Under current U.S. law, puppies imported into the United States must be at least 6 months of age. If you purchase a puppy at 3 months of age, for example, we will keep and care for your puppy at our kennel until it reaches 6 months of age.
Boarding & Care Fees During the Waiting Period:

· From 2nd month onward: ¥700 per day (discounted daily rate)
For Customers in Canada
Shipping a puppy alone by air cargo requires a licensed broker for all airports except Vancouver (ANA direct flight), which makes it very expensive. Customers in cities such as Montreal will find it significantly more cost-effective to travel to Japan to pick up their puppy in person.
4 Steps to Bring Your Puppy Home
For the safety of our puppies, we do not transport via connecting flights. Before any contract is made, we always confirm shipping availability following the steps below.

Find Your Nearest Airport with a Direct Flight from Japan Customer
Please research international airports within a reasonable distance from your home that have direct flights from Japan (1st and 2nd choice) and let us know when you contact us.

Shipping Estimate Our Kennel
We will contact our shipping partner to confirm whether delivery to your nearest airport is possible and obtain a preliminary cost estimate.

Puppy Introduction, Contract & Export Preparation Min. 3 Weeks
Once shipping is confirmed, we will introduce you to available puppies. After you choose your puppy, we proceed to a formal contract. Export preparations — including vaccinations, veterinary health certificates, and quarantine paperwork — will then begin. This process takes a minimum of 3 weeks.

Once everything is ready, your puppy will be delivered via whichever package you have selected below.

The most affordable option. Travel to Japan when the puppy is ready, and we will hand over your puppy along with a complete set of export documents at our kennel.
On your departure day, you will visit the Animal Quarantine Service at KIX yourself to have the puppy's health and documents verified and receive the Export Quarantine Certificate. Because we complete all pre-checks in advance, the process on the day is smooth and straightforward.

Ideal for those who feel uneasy about quarantine procedures, or who want to enjoy Japan until the very last moment. This package saves you the half-day trip to our kennel.
We travel to Kansai International Airport and handle all quarantine procedures on your behalf. On your departure day, simply meet our staff at the airport to receive your puppy and documents, then head straight to the check-in counter.

Cargo Shipping (No Travel Required)

For customers who cannot travel to Japan. We handle all quarantine procedures at Kansai Airport and hand the puppy over to the airline cargo department via our shipping agent. You simply collect your puppy at the cargo terminal of your local international airport.
(Estimated airfreight: Los Angeles approx. ¥180,000 / New York approx. ¥200,000)
Please Note: The prices above apply to departures from Kansai International Airport (KIX). If your direct flight departs from a Tokyo airport (Haneda or Narita), an additional domestic transport fee of ¥80,000 will apply.
Countries with Strict Import Regulations
Countries such as Hawaii, Singapore, and Australia require a rabies antibody test and/or a quarantine waiting period upon arrival. Procedures for these destinations differ significantly from standard exports. Please contact us directly for more information.
